The Heeley Trust Community Team have a Health Projects coordinator Charlie who works with the community in finding out what health means to them. Through this work, Nature Natter Health Projects was born. Charlie works alongside our GP Surgeries, Link Workers and other Community Workers improve residents health and wellbeing through outdoor activities.
