Service Manager
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £32,000
The Gleadless and Heeley Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre is a brand-new pilot initiative exploring a transformative approach to delivering mental health care for local residents. The centre offers an open-door service, ensuring people can access the right support when they need it, close to home and within their community.
The VCSE Service Manager will lead and manage the delivery of Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) services within the new Mental Health Centre in Gleadless Valley, Sheffield. This includes oversight of peer support workers, link and group development workers, and a mental health case worker providing money, debt, and employment advice.
The Service Manager will ensure high-quality, person-centred support, working collaboratively with system partners and under a matrix management structure with the Centre Manager.
This role is part of the centre’s integrated services and operates in collaboration with Sheffield Health Partnerships Universities NHS Foundation Trust, Heeley Trust, Heeley Plus PCN Primary and Community Mental Health Service, the Synergy VCSE Alliance, and a range of VCSE organisations.

Social Prescribing Link Worker
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £26,481
We are looking for a passionate community worker, keen to work on a longstanding social prescribing project in partnership with NHS Primary Care. You must have great people skills, be highly motivated and resourceful. You will be working as part of a community team engaged supporting people in the local area through challenging circumstances.
